Cue collects the minimum needed to work, does not sell personal information, and contains no advertising or third-party analytics.
Cue ("we", "us") provides the Cue mobile application and this website. For the purposes of data protection law we are the controller of the personal information described below.
Contact: privacy@endthenagging.com. Our registered postal address is available on request to that address.
| Category | Examples |

| Account information | Mobile telephone number, first name, and time zone. |
| Contacts you enter | The name and telephone number of a person you choose to add. We do not access your device's address book. |
| Content you create | Requests you send, their timing, notes, and any voice, photo or video attachment you add. |
| Replies | Responses received from a recipient, including text they send by message. |
| Notification data | A push notification identifier, if you enable notifications. |

Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a message or deleting your account.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising or marketing.
We use a small number of service providers to operate Cue, in the categories below. Each acts on our instructions and only for the purpose stated.
A current list of these providers is available on request to privacy@endthenagging.com. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
Information is stored on servers located in Canada. Where a provider processes information outside your country, that transfer is covered by appropriate legal safeguards.
Cue can be used to send a request to someone who has not installed it. If your number was added by another person:
We keep account information and content for as long as your account is active. Service records are retained only as long as necessary to honour opt-outs and meet legal and security obligations.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your account information, content, contacts and associated records. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@endthenagging.com. We will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information, so no "do not sell or share" request is necessary.
Cue is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, email privacy@endthenagging.com and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest and restricted internal access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date above and notify account holders in the app before the change takes effect.
