Getting a message from Cue

Someone sent me a Cue and I don't know what it is

A person who has your number used Cue to ask you for something small. The message says who. You can reply to it in your own words, or tap the link and use the buttons — no app and no account needed.

How do I stop the messages?

Reply STOP to any message. Nothing further will be sent to your number. Reply START if you change your mind.

If you would rather just get fewer, every link also offers Stop reminders for this one and Fewer texts from Cue.

I replied STOP and now I can't sign in

Sign-in uses a text message, so a number that has opted out cannot receive one. Reply START from that number, then sign in.

Using Cue

Do the people I ask need the app?

No. They get a message and a link, and can answer either way.

Cue messaged at a bad time

Settings → Quiet hours. Cue holds anything that would arrive inside your window until the window ends. The default is 9 PM to 7 AM.

I'm getting too many reminders

Settings → Cue follow-ups turns them off entirely. You can also set a gentler level for one particular person.

Your account

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete account. This removes your account and its contents permanently and cannot be undone.

How do I get a copy of my data?

Email privacy@endthenagging.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Someone is using Cue to bother me

Reply STOP to stop all Cue messages to your number. If you use Cue yourself, Settings → Blocked numbers stops a specific person in both directions. To report abuse, email support@endthenagging.com.
